Yaoki International Consulting was founded with one purpose — to provide cross-border businesses with a long-term, dependable single point of contact. This page outlines our philosophy, working principles, and company information.

YAOKI — derived from the Japanese phrase "the sun shines, and a new door opens" — means "light arrives, and a new door is unlocked." We chose this name because the nature of cross-border business is often exactly this — in unfamiliar territory, someone needs to help open the very first door.

This website focuses on a single service line: Kumamoto real estate + manufacturer landing. We don't aim to make this work expansive; we aim to make it clear.

Kumamoto has been thrust back into the spotlight by TSMC, but for Taiwanese manufacturers setting up here and investors allocating into local real estate — the real need is not "tell me how hot Kumamoto is," but rather "what exactly can you do for me on the ground, how granular is the work, and where are the boundaries." This website is our answer to that question.
